The TRYBE Defense Glock 43/43X Match Grade Non-Threaded Pistol Barrel will fit flush with a factory Glock 43 slide and is 3.4".

Glock barrels generally do not like cast bullets, will these barrels shoot cast bullets?

These barrels should likely be ok with cast bullets, but your mileage will vary depending on the cast and specific ammo. This barrel is meant for standard 9mm ammo. TRYBE Defense does not recommend using overpressure P or +P ammunition in TRYBE Barrels.
