What size are the plates in medium.

The size Small UARM SA3AU Level IIIA+ UHMWPE SAPI Armor Plate are 8.7" x 11.7", Medium is 9.5" x 12.5", Large is 10.3" x 13.2", and XL is 11" x 14".

Is it 3A or 3+, given there is no such thing as 3A+?

I had to look this up on UARM's website these have to be the 3A since they're running the same deals. They come in lvls IIIA, III and IV.
