how durable are these sights

Very durable! They are made of 416 Stainless Steel and 6061 T-6 Aluminum, strategically planned to optimize strength and weight.

Can you use the C4 front barrel sight (with Apollo muzzle brake) set at 45 deg and the C4 offset rear sight? Or do they come in matched sets?

Are these for the .223/5.56 or for 7.62/.308. Looked at the manufacturer's website and there are two different versions of the rear sight.

Do these come for a left handed shooter

The Ultradyne C4 Offset Flip-Up Front/Rear Sight Set are designed for right handed shooters only. Ultradyne does not offer a set that is compatible with left hand shooters. I would recommend using the Troy 45 Degree Folding Battle Sights which can be used for both left and right hand shooters.

You're description says right hand but the picture looks left hand so if I order what am I going to get? I'm left handed

These are right hand. The image shows the front of the iron sights.
