The manufacturer doesn't state the weight of the UTG Pro AR15 Carbine Length Super Slim M-LOK Drop-in Rail. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that information.

Will this fit Springfield saint carbine

Most likely not, the Springfield Saint models with drop-in handguards are mid-length, while this is for carbine length systems. If you do have a carbine length drop-in handguard, this should fit.

Will this cover most of the barrel or is it the length like the stock mp15 handguards?

This UTG Pro AR15 Carbine Length Super Slim M-LOK Drop-in Rail is designed to replace carbine length handguards that use a delta ring and handguard cap. No. Because of the barrel nut size difference between the AR-10 and AR-15, the handguards and rail systems are not interchangeable. I will link a category for handguards compatible with the AR10 platform below.
