Yes. The Leapers UTG New Gen Dovetail to Picatinny/ Weaver Adaptor Mount is compatible with most 9mm - 11mm dovetail rails like that found on the Mossberg 702.

If your Escort Slugger uses a dovetail rail that is 9mm - 11mm, then the Leapers UTG New Gen Dovetail to Picatinny/ Weaver Adaptor Mount will fit and function as intended.
