No, this is just the safety selector.

The black selector only includes the black steel screws.

Will this work with a trigger that you can set at semi and then one at binary?

This selector is not designed for binary. Binary triggers such as those from Franklin Armory will include their own binary designed selector.

It says Ambidextrous but the picture shows single sided which one is it?

I just received one today and it is ambidextrous. Based on the photo, I was expecting single-sided. Never trust a label, folks!
