I assume these can't be staked, is loctite recommended? What keeps it from walking?

Sufficient torque will keep these in place without the need for Loctite, but if you'd prefer you can Loctite it into place. It is very unusual for quality castle nuts to walk back off.

Does the raw color have a clear coat on it to protect it?

V Seven does not state if their Raw Titanium Combo Pack uses any sort of protective finish or clear coat. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

You are correct that it cannot readily be staked with a set of normal punches. If you would prefer, you can certainly Loctite it into place, but quality castle nuts generally don't need anything other than sufficient torque to keep them in place. This should not back off, even without Loctite.

Because it is titanium, you will not be able to stake it without using something that is harder than titanium, and your average punch set definitely will not be able to stake this.
