Vector Optics states their Everest 3-18x50mm GenII Rifle Scope is shock tested to 750g, but it is not stated if this scope is rated for Airgun recoil. I'd recommend contacting them directly for more information. Their contact info is linked below:

No, SFP. I just bought one and used it at the range last week for the first time. Surprising good scope at this price point for daylight shooting.

Is this scope for a 30-06 ?

I don't see why not. The only concern with a 30-06 I can see would be "can it stand up to the recoil". Since it has an etched reticle and is not illuminated there's not a lot to possibly break, so I think you'd be good to go but I have only used mine on an AR-155 shooting .223 & 5.56
