That completely depends on which flip to side mount you are asking about because Vector Optics offers one that is 1.5" tall and another that is 1.4" tall. These are the part numbers and their heights:
MPN: SCSR-08 has a height of 1.5"
MPN: SCTM-17 has a height of 1.4"
Ring height for these is measured from the point where it meets the rail to the center split of the rings or often called the "optical center" as that would be the center of the lens for a scope mounted in those rings. This is the most prevalent way of measuring ring height, BUT it is NOT universal as some manufacturers provide heights that are from the base to the bottom of the ring instead of the center. It is always best to check depending on the manufacturer of the rings.
