Your answer is wrong if we're talking about the XL 2.0 according to the Vertx website. 27"H x 13.5"W x 7"D

Those measurements look like they are for the regular commuter 2.0. This bag appears to be the commuter 2.0 XL.

I believe Armando R's answer might be the measurements for the original 2.0. According to Vertx, the Commuter Sling XL 2.0 is:
27” H x 12.5” W x 8” D
Capacity: 23 liters
