Is it possible to replace the retention flap? I shaved it down as recommended but am not satisfied with the retention. — 1 Answer

There is a chance that you may be able to get one from Vertx customer service directly but that individual piece is not something that is regularly stocked at the warehouse so it would only be available if another customer has returned one.
