What is the diameter of the delta. I want it mount it on a rifle I’m using a Griffin Armament M4SD-k on which fits standard A2 Birdcages.

Unfortunately, VG6 has not provided the diameter. But they have stated that " The Delta 556 contains no chambers so gas is expelled more forward which reduces the concussion to the shooter although recoil mitigation will feel similar to that of an A2 birdcage."

No, the cage device is only compatible with the Gamma and Epsilon muzzle devices.
