Will it fit a p365 rose w sig rail

The Viridian X5L GEN2 Universal Green Laser Sight with Tactical Light is not compatible with any P365 Rose model pistols. My recommendation would be the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub (light only), or the Streamlight TLR8-Sub (light and laser). Both options are designed to fit the proprietary sig rail and can be found linked below:

Will this fit SIG P365 with zr65 rail?

The unit will mount to that rail, but it will stick out a lot past the end of the Sig P365.

No, the Sig P365SAS does not have a standard accessory rail. You would need a light/laser unit that is made specifically for the Sig P365.

will this fit SF XD full size, glock 20 and glock 27?

It will fit both the XD and Glock 20 as they have an accessory rail to mount to. It will not fit the Glock 27 as it does not have an accessory rail to mount to.

Does the ECR require a special holster or sheath to activate, or does it work off motion? If motion activated what about riding in a vehicle?

Yes, the holster must have the "ECR" feature to be able to use the instant on function. Viridian offers an ECR upgrade kit that allows you to retrofit any holster you own to have the ECR Instant on function. The upgrade kit can be found here:
