Will this hand stop with laser fit a stock Ruger PC Charger, 9mm?

The OpticsPlanet Exclusive Viridian Weapon Technologies HS1 Laser Hand Stop takes up two M-LOK slots. So if the Ruger PC Charger has two available M-LOK slots this will work.

Will it fit on a magpul ak moe handguard? there is a lip and wasn’t sure if it would block the laser
