Will this scope work for an HK416 rifle?

Yes. This NcSTAR 3.5x32 Illum. CPO Rifle Scope will attach to any picatinny/1913 top rail like that on the HK416. This scope features 3.5x magnification and has an eye relief of 2".

Will this set up as is co-exist with a standard A2 front sight.

this is a magnified optic !?!? At 3.5x you may be able to see the front sight but it will be a blur, typically at 3.5-4x the front sight disappears.
