Will this fit in Oracle DPMS upper? According to the reviews this doesn't fit at all. Has this defect been fixed or is it still a paperweight?

This Vism BlastAR Handguard was never designed for DPMS rifles. It fits onto ARs with carbine length handguards and gas tube. Mounts onto the barrel using the front handguard cap and the Delta ring. The handguard wraps around the front sight post and extends forward of the front sight post for more handguard area for your support hand and accessories.

Yes if original Saint, no if Victor. This is a drop in handguard, so your barrel must have a delta ring and handguard retainer ( Saint does, Saint Victor does not).
