Will this fit on Glock 43x with a Holosun 407c ?

The Vism RMR Type Base Mount will be compatible with your 43X and allow for installation of a Holosun 407c. Keep in mind the adapter plate will be wider than the slide itself but will still work.

This Vism RMR Type Base Mount is designed to fit the Glock rear sight dovetail cut, and will not be compatible with the Hi-Point CP 380.

Is this base compatible with ADE RD03-011 reflex red dot sight

That is something you will need to verify with ADE as they do not clearly state what mounts the RD03-011 is compatible with.

This is a mount, not a red dot. This will not mount to a slide.
