Does this rig fit 7.62 x 39 mags.

That will completely depend on the style of magazine. If its a short, AR magazine in 7.62x39, then it will likely fit, but you start to run into issues with things like curved magazines or extended capacity magazines, so i cannot guarantee this vest will work with your specific magazines if they are not standard AR magazines.

Can this come with AK mag pouches?

This unit does not have an option for AK Mag Pouches. It only comes with M4/m16 Mag Pouches.

Voodoo Tactical does not provide a size chart for their Tactical Chest Rig. Standard sizing is one size fits most, for those who wear size S up to XXL tops. Adjustable shoulder and waist straps allow for fitment compatibility with multiple body sizes. For more information, I would recommend contacting Voodoo Tactical directly.
