With the correct adapter plate, this can indeed be mounted to the XDm! This utilizes the popular RMSc footprint!

The Vortex Defender CCW 1x25mm 6 Red Dot Sight will fit the M&P Shield Optics Ready models. If you do not have an optics ready model you will need the dovetail mounting plate at the link below.

The Vortex Defender CCW 1x MOA Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMSc footprint and will be compatible with an optics ready Springfield Hellcat without the need for an adapter plate.

All models produced in 2024 and later will have the updated programming. The serial number on the underside of the optic will start with a 23, 24, 25, etc.
