No, the RMRcc uses a proprietary footprint, the Vortex Defender-CCW Enclosed uses the more common Shield RMSc footprint.

Will this directly mount onto the 43X MOS?

Yes, mounts perfectly to a 48 MOS without any adapter plates and comes with necessary hardware. So a 43X MOS shouldn't be an issue.

This appears to be a Typo on the listing from Optics Planet. This is not a prismatic sight it is a red dot sight with an emitter.

The concealed carry version of this is RMSC footprint, so it should fit if you have the version of the Shield that came with the RMSC or Holosun K footprint.
