what is the difference between the vortex DB 205 and DB 215 model ?

The DB-215 has a closer focus range as well as features such as the HD Optical System, the Armotek coating, and Phase Correction.

What kind of case does it come with? Is it the GlassPak or a different kind

It is a semi-hard, molded black case. It is not the GlassPak.

These are roof prism binoculars, which makes them a bit smaller than the older style porro prism style binoculars.

The Angular Field of View on this model is 6.3 degrees, and 7.5 degrees on the 8x42 MPN: DB-204.

My binos are backordered, I didn't notice in the item description Black, the pics show green. which color will they be.

This binocular has green barrels, with black accents and eyepieces. The pictures show the black and green colors.
