This optic does not have locking turrets.
FDE variants will be FFP, in fact!
It wouldn't be exactly a match, as it is closer to FDE than Bronze.
On the Ruger 10/22, we would recommend a 1-piece picatinny rail, like those offered from EGW Guns. Pair with a set of Hunter 1" medium rings for best fitment!

Vortex Optics does not produce a throw-lever for the Diamondback Tactical 4-12x40, however, one is available from the folks at MK Machining.

If mounting atop a 1-piece picatinny rail, a pair of the Pro-Series medium-height 1" rings would be the best fit on your Bergara.

Since this Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-12x40mm Rifle Scope has a 40mm objective lens. Low height rings would be able to accommodate this optic even on rifles with a flat-top rail.
You will need 1" diameter with Medium height rings.

You should be able to see the impacts at the higher magnification.
