Yes, it can be used on a Ruger PC Carbine with a red dot that matches the height.

It doesn't, the bottom part of the quick detach unit is too thick to fit on the picatinny rail of the Ruger PC Carbine.

Nope, the bottom part of the QD mount is too tall for the rail on the Ruger, would have to be less than .275". The "Expert Answer" is wrong.

3-31-21 No it will not fit on a Ruger PC Carbine.. it’s a true picatinny spec mount...the Ruger rail is a combo weaver/picatinny that will not work. Just tried it today. No adapters available either. The Micro 3X also does not fit on a Williams Ace in the Hole rail...and the rail is too short if using a Vortex CrossFire Red Dot. Called Vortex and they said they already know.
NO SOLUTION for the RUGER PCC LINE!

It wont fit. The pic rail on the Ruger PC Carbine is too wide. Tried to install on my PC9 when I got an LPVO for my AR.
