The OPMOD Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24 measures 10.5 inches in length, and the M&P 22 measures 6.7 inches in length. It would not be a suggested fit, as the scope would take over the entire pistol.

The Vortex OPMOD Strike Eagle Limited Edition 1-6x24mm Riflescope does not include a mount. It features a 30mm maintube diameter and will be compatible with any 30mm scope mount or scope rings.

I would recommend using a 1-piece mount designed for AR pattern rifles with at least a 1.41" centerline height. The Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount, or Monstrum Slim Profile Series Offset Picatinny Scope Mount would be my recommendation. Both can be found linked below:
