what rings would you recommend for a Ruger American 450 bushmaster

Because this Vortex Viper riflescope uses a 44mm objective lens, you will need to use at least medium height picatinny rings to clear the lens over your barrel. You can essentially use whatever brand you like for rings that are a medium height and fit a 30mm maintube. I would recommend using the Warne Mountain Tech 30mm Scope Mount Rings which can be found by using the link below:

The Vortex Viper HS 2.5-10x44mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope would function as intended with a Ruger Mini-30 as long as you have a picatinny rail mount to attach the scope and rings. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com if you need assistance selecting a set of rings and scope base.

What height rings for a Browning BLR in 270 Win using warne bases? Thx

Proper fitment of this optic on your BLR would be best found with the Pro-Series 30mm medium-height rings, PN# PR30-M. This will provide adequate clearance of the eyepiece over the hammer spur, without being too tall for a good cheek-weld!

Mounting on a picatinny rail on Henry lever action. What height ring is recommended?

A
Answered by Brandon, member, from UT, United States, on January 26, 2021

You should be able to get away with medium height rings if you can use the picatinny rail to make sure you're going to clear or avoid a rear sight.
