From what information I could find the Vortex Razor HD 11-33x50 Spotting Scope is made in Japan. However, I recommend contacting Vortex to confirm.
Even at the minimum magnification, the average user should be able to spot animals at these distances. The clarity will depend on atmospheric conditions, light, magnification, terrain, and the user's eyesight.

Yes, there is enough eye relief even at max magnification. I have glasses and can use this scope comfortably.
Unfortunately Vortex only provides the length for these, the angled scope is 10.3" long and the straight scope is 11" long. If it helps, the box dimensions are 14.3 x 7.4 x 5.4" so the width and height have to be under 7" and 5". For specific numbers, we recommend contacting Vortex directly, they should be able to answer that question for you. You can reach them here: https://vortexoptics.com/contact
As long as the weather conditions are ideal and you are using high quality, high visibility targets you should be able to see general shot groups out to 500 yards. You will most likely not be able to see exact holes unless you are using splatter style targets and the atmospheric conditions are near perfect.
This has Vortex VIP lifetime warranty. That can be found here: https://vortexoptics.com/vip-warranty
Yes, you can mount a camera behind it, you would just need the appropriate adapter for whatever camera you are using.
