The OPMOD version of the Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24mm Rifle Scope is a Second Focal Plane scope and comes in an FDE finish. This Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24mm 30mm FFP Rifle Scope is the newest version of the Strike Eagle 1-8x24 and is a First Focal Plane scope. The Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24mm 30mm FFP Rifle Scope also features the EBR-8 Reticle and the OPMOD version of the Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24mm Rifle Scope uses the AR BDC-3 Reticle.
