Will this adapter attach to my Caldwell Magnum DeadShot FieldPod? If so, how does it attach.

This adapter is meant to fit a standard bipod with a 1/4x20 thread on the head. The field pod is a rifle rest mounted on a tripod. You would either need an adapter or a different top for the Field Pod that has the 1/4x20 male screw where this adapter would mount.

There are two suses of tripod mount screws. Will this accommodate both sizes? Is there an adapter?

The screw that mounts the Uni-Daptor is a 1/4x20 screw. It will not accommodate the other screw size, however you can use an adapter such as this: https://www.opticsplanet.com/manfrotto-bogen-adapter-3-8inf-to-1-4in-20m-20mm-long-15.html to go from the larger 3/8 thread to the 1/4x20 thread needed for that adapter.
