Yes, it comes with it's own firing pin and bolt. It is a complete bolt carrier group. The firing pin can be replaced with another mil-spec one if needed.
Yes this has a bolt made from 9310 steel which is harder than Carpenter 158 and the firing pin is 8740 hard chrome.
