Yes, both medium and MSR heights should accommodate a 56mm objective as long as they are mounted to a picatinny rail. The actual height you will want to go with will depend on the firearm platform the scope is being mounted too. T20 bolts will be 40 inch lbs max torque specs, Manufacturer recommends 30-35 inch lbs and for the Top T15 bolts 18 inch lbs max
If you already have 20 MOA in your rail, it is typically recommended to get a 0 MOA base. If you're still outshooting your scope at that point, it's better to replace the rail than to add MOA on top of MOA as there can be slight inconsistency in the fitment and accuracy of the added MOA.
