Yes, the MPN: 99490 and 99489 rails should fit that rifle.

I need an extended base for an axis model that has the larger 8-40 screws. Is this it?

These Weaver Extended Multi Slot Bases for the Savage Axis do not have the 8-40 screws. You will need model number 99611 which we currently do not have.

Weaver does not provide a specific length measurement for their Extended Multi Slot Base, but do state it will provide an additional 1" of forward length over standard length bases/rails.

I just got the 99489 and it is rounded front and back. A asked and got told it would fit my flat back but doesn’t.
