No, even the finest mesh screen will create a sauce rather than juice.

i noticed the manual strainer has accessories you can buy separately, does the electric one also have extra strainers you can buy separetly

The set you are seeing is for the manual sauce maker. Weston does not make accessories for the electric tomato strainer.
