Yes it does fit the Ultra Tipton perfectly. You simply unscrew the AR 15 vise block and replace the top with the AR 10 unit. The T-slot base is not needed since that fits the original Tipton Gun Vise. Very good fit. It locks in place on my K&M M17s lower and the mag release unlocks it. Can't comment on the bolt holder since the M17 is very different from the AR10.
