is your Generation 3 Pro sharpener a better machine than my $1000.00 Tru tone machine. can you sharpen a knife in 1 mim. like i can.

This sharpener is one of the best manual sharpeners on the market. The Tru Hone sharpener is an electric sharpener. They each have their benefits and disadvantages depending on how you want to sharpen the knife and to what degree you want to get a fine, mirror edge on the blade.

We sell a Scissor Attachment that is compatible with any of our sharpeners. It is able to sharpen the majority of scissors except for hair shears, sewing shears, or any scissor with a convex edge.

Does the clamp support dagger profile blades, like a Fairbane Sykes or similar? Also has anyone sharpened curved blades such as a hawkbill or karambit

The Wicked Edge Generation 3 Pro is one of the best sharpeners on the market and will sharpen almost all styles of blades by adjusting the fitment of the clamps and sharpening stones. Wicked Edge has videos on their YouTube channel of them sharpening a Fox Karambit as well as many others, so it can be used to sharpen even karambits curved edge.

Does this come with a case? And in the title it says it comes with 3 stones- while the picture shows the 3 dif Handles/6 different grits, which is it?

Is the edge pro pack 111 at $1,209.00 a better machine or does it just do more things the 3 pro sharpen at$866.99

The base sharpener is the same, it will just come with additional stones and accessories.

What extra items would I need to sharpen knives professionally

It will depend on what kind of sharpening services you are looking to offer. The system is set up to sharpen knives as is, but purchasing honing oil, extra stones and strops would be a worthwhile investment as well.

I just it in an order, thought it was the WE320, but shows WE300. What is the diff? And which ones are you guys selling? (Which one am I getting?)

You will be receiving the WE320 model. The difference being WE300 was the 2016 model and WE320 is the 2018 model, as it is a direct replacement the product page was migrated.
