Yes, This is Lake City ammunition. There are two companies that supply from Lake City ammunition plant.
The most common is from Winchester. The other is Remington. Ammo that's 5.56 labeled (NOT .223 LABELED!!) from these two suppliers are LC headstamped.
Please don't use ammo labeled 5.56 in a rifle or barrel that's labeled .223. You may have a great big KABOOM that could endanger your safety, your body, and even someone else that's in close proximity.
Lake City 5.56 cases are stronger than .223 cases.

I now know the answer. My Barrell is labeled 5.56 NATO. I viewed a couple of YouTube videos on the subject and now understand the differences between 5.56 NATO and .223 AMMO. I thought they were the same thing, or completely interchangeable, or something. I just didn't know. Thanks.
There are 20 rounds.

This Winchester USA 5.56x45mm NATO 55 grain Ball (M193) ammo is a lead core bullet with a copper jacket. It is not magnetic.
You are correct. A barrel chambered for .223 Wylde can safely use both 5.56 and .223.
The Winchester USA 5.56x45mm bullets are flat.
5.56mm and 5.56mm NATO are the same cartridge.
