Unfortunately, we cannot speak to the reason for the price difference but to not that other retailers list it for similar prices to our own. You will need to speak with the manufacturer as there may be a reason they can offer it for that price, i.e. direct to customer.

Yes. This is an excerpt from the owner's manual:
The Model W1837 can accommodate dado blades up to 10"
in diameter. However, you MUST install the included riving
knife while using a 10" diameter dado blade, as it provides
a barrier behind the blade and reduces the risk of hands
being pulled into the blade if kickback occurs.
Rip capacity: 30" to right, 15" to left
Motor Amps: 15A at 120V, 7.5A at 240V and it is pre-wired for 120V.
