The X-GRIP S&W M&P Compact, 9MM/40S&W Magazine Spacer will fit over full sized Smith & Wesson M&P mags for use with the the compact M&P 9 / 40 versions of these pistol models from Smith & Wesson. This quality adapter allows the user to insert the full size M&P 15 or 17 round magazines into the M&P compact versions chambered in either 9mm or .40 S&W.

I’m using the g23 10 rd mag in my glock 27 gun. Will this property fill the extra gap in the longer mag in my gun?

No, it unfortunately will not fit Glock mags. Here's one that should fit that magazine setup.

No, this is made for a M&P Compact to use a full size magazine.

This is only a magazine spacer, not an extension. You will not need to change the spring.
