This XTS AR Cheek Rest Stock is a stock and will convert any firearm with a barrel shorter than 16" to an SBR. We do carry braces for AR pistols that you can find using the following link:

It will certainly fit and work. If you were to ever come into contact with law enforcement, and it was installed or readily installable, and you haven’t done the paperwork and paid the $200 tax stamp, you will end up in prison.
