Do I need to use a trijicon rmr sealing plate on this slide with the trijicon type 2 adjust rmr optic?

The ZEV Technologies Z17 Duty RMR Stripped Slide does not require you to use a sealing plate when mounting an RMR type 2, although it is recommended.

Does the slide come with a cover plate for the rmr cut?

The ZEV Technologies Z17 Duty RMR Stripped Slide will not include the ZEV RMR cover plate. It is sold separately and can be found on ZEV's website.

The ZEV Technologies Z17 Duty RMR Stripped Slide will accept all of your your OEM Glock internal components including your barrel.

The ZEV Technologies Z17 Duty RMR Stripped Slide only includes the Chanel liner and Mounting screws for RMR Optic and Plate. You will need a slide completion kit that includes components such as the striker, extractor, safety spring, back plate, recoil spring, barrel etc. I would recommend the Grey Ghost Precision Glock Slide Completion Kit found using the following link:

I just bought an 80% PF940v2 standard frame can I use this slid on it

That frame will require gen 1, 2, or 3 parts. You will want the MPN:SLDZ173GDUTYRMRBLK for proper fit.

Unfortunately while the slides will fit, it is not recommended as the differences in generation can lead to damage to the firearm. You will need a Gen 4 slide.
