Ultra lightweight
Titanium everything! This gas block rounds out my wife’s ultralight AR build beautifully. Not exactly sure how I’m going get 200 characters out of a simple Ti gas block review but there you go. Since there’s no ammo anywhere you might as well spend that money on the GUCCIest gun parts that you can.
titanium gas block
Well it is light and pretty. Its good quality and functions well. Anyone that buys this probably knows there are many cheaper gas blocks that function equally well, but are way cheaper, but I wanted this one.

2A Armament Titanium gas block
Excellent product. Fast shipment from OP. Would recommend to anyone looking to build a lightweight AR 15. All holes clean and clear. All machining very clean. But then again that is what is expected for 2A Armament.
Pros:
- light
Cons:
- None

good product
I purchased this TI gas block to go on my lightweight build. The gas block fits cleanly on my 7.62x39 barrel and functions perfectly despite not being adjustable. It fits well under the brigand arms carbon fiber wire handguard I have installed and matches the 2A TI muzzle break/comp I installed. This is certainly a must for any well built lightweight AR as it's strong, light, and not aluminum.

Excellent Gas Block
If you are building a light weight AR15 this is a great gas block. Weighs very little, but built very strong. It's nice that Titanium expands less than steel when heated. This means the seal gets tighter as the barrel heats up. It is a bit difficult to get the gas tube pin installed due to the curved shape of the block. Prepare to be frustrated, but a Gieselle gas pin install tool helps out a lot.
Pros:
- lightweight strong
Cons:
- difficult to install gas pin
Best Used for:
- lightweight AR15 builds

More high quality parts from 2A Armamament
If you are building a lightweight gun and every oz matters this is the best gas block to pair with an adjustable gas key or 2A's proprietary adjustable BCG. Fits very tightly on the barrel and looks great in the bead blasted natural titanium finish. This gas block mounts with 2 set screws and has no provision for a roll pin.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Quality
- Nice finish
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Cutting weight

2A Armament Ultra-Lite Titanium Gas Block .750
I was researching the best options for the top-of-the-line components for my ultralight AR-15 build. After looking high and low I settled on this 2A Armament Ultra-Lite Titaniun gas block. It was a superb choice, Strong, easy to index, not too bad on the pocketbook, and best of all extremely light. It is also so beautiful that it is a shame it lays hidden inside the forearm. It is an all-round wonderful AR component. Form and function fullfilled in one great item!!
Pros:
- super light, fine function, beautiful, priced right.
Cons:
- I will pounce on anyone giving it a bad mark!!
Best Used for:
- excells as a gas block for all ARs

Great gas block
I bought this gas block for my 300 blackout and love it. It has a very small profile and fits very nicely under my 10.5” quad rail. The looks of this gas block are also very appealing. Installation of the gas tube was a little tricky because all of the surfaces are curved. I’m sure with the right tools this wouldn’t be an issue.
Pros:
- Looks amazing
- Reasonably priced
- Tight fit
- Small Profile
- extremely light weight
Cons:
- Gas tube pin hard to install

Light Weight Non Adjustable Gas Block
I bought this gas block for my 14.5" LR-308. It is strong, light weight and has a beautiful finish. I required an adjustable version to work with my rifle so I returned it and got the SLR 7.
I would recommend this gas block to anyone with a 16" ar-15, or any rifle that isn't finicky like mine.

Another great product from 2A Arms
I discovered 2A Arms a couple years ago when I started my first lightweight 3-gun build, and have been happy to use their products ever since. Their gas block is by far my favorite non-adjustable gas block, super light but very durable. When combined with an inconel gas tube from V7, I have a combination that can’t be beat for reliability and weight.
I have several in .750” and now one in .625”...hope they do one for larger diameter barrels soon for a big bore build I have in the works!
Bonus: Common to all titanium gas blocks, but the fact that titanium doesn’t expand as quickly as steel when exposed to heat, I love how my gas seal gets better every time I pull the trigger!

Great Fit.
Got this to go with the other Ti parts on the gun already. First thing I noticed was the physical size is just a smidge smaller than my other lo pro gas block. Fitment on the barrel was Goldie Locks perfect. Gas tube and roll pin holes like a good glove. Screws for securing are nice enuff I thought the threads were rolled, not cut. I'm happy I stepped up for this bling.
