I wanted to change my Remington 870 to a tactical home defense shotgun. I don’t use it for hunting and it’s painful to skeet shot with it. The new parts fit perfect and needed no filing to fit. If you thinking about change a rem 870 over to tactical this set does the job very nicely

Bought this product for my 870 express. It fits perfectly with no extra work. Approx 30min install time. Now I need a shorter barrel

I saw a review from another user (Whyspir) who purchased this stock kit with the Mesa Tactical Lucy Stock adapter. I bought the same setup for myself and it works great.
Installed this stock and forend on a Remington 870 Express Magnum 20 GA, and with the aforementioned stock adapter it fits nicely and feels great. The whole kit was pretty easy to install if you follow the included instructions. A socket wrench and long adapter is required to fit the bolt into the stock (not included) but was a piece of cake to get hooked up.
Stock feels great, looks nice and all the parts fit really well. Stock comes with a strap adapter which is reversible, so you could have right or left handed strap attached if you so choose.
One caveat: There is an included tool to remove the forend, but it appears to be designed for a 12 GA not a 20 GA model. There was some other person online with the same problem as me, so they designed one in CAD and 3D printed it. If you go on Thingiverse you can find it.
Pros:
- easy installation
- feels solid
- Looks clean

Have not fired the shotgun with the adapter yet but I think the instructions could’ve been written better. There are two pens that must be removed to get the trigger assembly, not one. Instructions are not clear on how The mounting hardware goes together. And lastly you have to be very careful when you insert the mounting hardware for the stock because it does not line up and it would be very easy to cross Thread that bolt. And I do not like the mounting hardware for the sling so I installed it without the adapter for the sling .

Got this for my Mossberg 500 and fits great! This model has a hidden on the bottom of the rail for a flashlight which is awesome because you don't need to buy a four hundred dollar surefire forearm light for your shotgun. Great investment for any shotgun to make it for a home defense or tactical gun.

I was really excited about getting and installing this stock and foregrip on my tactical H&R Partner, and received it just before Christmas. Installation was a breeze for the buttstock, but the forestock was nearly 2 inches longer than the standard synthetic, and extremely bulky. I thought perhaps that it was just my personal judgement, so when my youngest son opened his and went to install it on his H&R, I was a bit discouraged as he exclaimed "What the heck? So we're going from this forestock to this overgrown thing?!" He was of course, talking about the forestock. He, like myself elected to retain the former forestock on the weapon, since it was much more compact and just has a better feel. The sad part is that the light rail was a major selling point, leaving the customer with the satisfaction of a collapsible buttstock. Further, he took his weapon to the range immediately after installing and the buttstock bolt loosened up after only a dozen or so shots. I haven't shot mine yet, so I'm not sure I'm going to experience the same issue. Just something to be aware of.
