Most Helpful Positive Review I Actually put it on a GLOCK.
1st of all, OPTICS PLANET said 'Availability was IN STOCK'. NOPE, I ordered on 9/27/20 and picked up from Post Office on 10/26/2020, or delivery would have been 10/27/20. 2nd, The product itself. I really didn't have high expectations as past experience with AR conversions have inherent problems. One of our CCW instructors uses some type of Glock 22 conversion on his training pistol, always seems to have a feeding issue. The only initial issue I had was it didn't seem to want to slide onto pistol frame. The front end of Recoil spring/rod has a U-shaped piece that sits in end of Slide. I just...

Excited to try it out

Just got it in the mail and can’t wait to take it to the range. I just got my Advantage Arms suppressor last week. Next range trip is gonna feel like an Advantage Arms sponsor of sorts. I bought the conversion kit so I can take family and friends interested in shooting to the range.

Amazing Kit

I have the Gen 1-3 Glock 17 MOD CA model, I took it to the range and put 100 rounds down on target. I read that the sight might be off by a little out of the box, mine were bit by 1/2” nothing that I am upset about as I plan on getting them sighted in and attaching a red dot sight to the slide cutout.

The unit itself feels very light weight but solid. I tried a multitude of different ammunition manufactures and had no issues with 95% of the ammunition. I had 5 bullets that failed to me due to ammo manufacturer issues not slide issues. I have had more issues out of my other stock 22lr firearms from the manufactures.

Over all an amazing product!!!!

It's nice that I don't have to buy another pistol, I can just change the slide from 9mm to 22 very quickly. That's the beauty about Glock 17 gen 3, I'm sure other Glocks has it too. Overall great product and it tells you what ammo to use to prevent malfunctions.

Optics Ready Advantage Arms 22lr kit for Glock 17

First, I love supporting American companies. Second, I'm a repeat customer, as I also own a conversion kit for my G26 Gen 3. Fit and finish on the slide and barrel is very nice. A clean MOS cut that I mounted a Holosun SCS green dot. I get to shoot more, because I'm saving money using rimfire. The kit really pays for itself in no time. I stick with CCI mini mags and the kit runs flawlessly. Do yourself a favor and buy a kit for each Glock that you own (full size, compact and subcompact).

I’m beyond thrilled!

I’m beyond thrilled! During my 50 year self defense/sport shooting/instructing experience I’ve purchased half a dozen 22 conversion devices. Each time I’ve been disappointed. After a few years I would be brave enough to try again but to no avail. In my final attempt I ordered and received my Glock 17-22 mod-CA. WOW! I cleaned it, admired the quality/fit&finish, greased it and fired 100 Mini Mags without a failure! ( Lots of exclamation points I know. That’s how I feel). Thank you Advantage Arms! AND the soft case, I may order a few for my automatics.
