Excellent quality, fits perfectly on cmmg 308 lower. Feels solid, no machine or tooling marks. This upper has the DPMS high profile flat top rail. The finish is a deep dark black like all aero uppers and lowers. Great price

I’ve used aero parts on many builds and they never disappoint. The aero uppers are great for 308 style builds. Just remember the style is DPMS high when pairing it with a handguard.

Great upper

As usual, Aero makes a fine product. This one is no exception. I appreciate the replacement of the roll pin with a set screw pin. Just a dab of blue locktight, and its set until I want to change it.

M5 Aeroprecision Upper

I have built several ar10 pattern rifles using aero uppers and lowers. I have been really impressed with the ease of assembly and quality of the parts. I also use the aero part kits for a smooth, trouble-free build-up. I would recommend these as the basis for any mid to upper priced build. You can absolutely spend more on higher priced parts, but except for brand name, you're not buying additional functionality or reliability.

I've never had any issues with aero precision parts and this one didn't let me down either. Everything lines up good and not one issue. Rifle shoots perfect.

I MIXED SOME PARTS IN MY RIFLE, BUT NOT THE UPPER AND LOWER SHELLS. AERO FOR BOTH AND IT SHOOTS INSANE. AERO PARTS ARE FIRST RATE. LOVE GRADUATING TO A LR 308 FAMILY AR-10. I ALSO USED AERO NUT AND STAINLESS BARREL. I WANTED ASSURED FITMENTS.

Perfect fit

The m5 upper receiver is a perfect match for the m5 lowered fit and finish is 100%. The color is a perfect match too. Can't wait to finish the build. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering building a ar10 or ar15 platform.
