AERO APAR501603A AR15 UPPER BLK
I purchased this item to be installed on a S&W Sport M&P15 that did not have a dust cover, or forward assist. I also purchased an armorers tool, and an upper receiver vice block to be used when changing out the upper receiver. Everything went well, and the fit is perfect.

Aero Upper bad threads
Unfortunately, when I opened the box and inspected the upper one of the threads were smashed in. Terrible quality control here. I like Aero but just not sure what is going on. I hope that this is not what the future holds for them. Now I have to waste time and do an exchange.

Bought the green Gen 2 Anodized lower and this as the upper, have two other Aero builds that work great for the price

Aero Precision AR-15 Assembled Upper Receiver
I have been on a upper building spree as of late and I found that the Aero Precision AR-15 Assembled Upper Receiver is great for getting the job done. Not needing to install a dust cover or forward assist really speeds up the process. I've used a half dozen of these on the uppers I built and overall they work the best in my opinion. You get a quality forged assembled upper for a pretty decent price. I do like the M4E1 version also but it is rarely in stock here and they go fast. The standard A3 flat top version is perfect for any upper build and I highly recommend it. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet so I will keep buying them as long as they are in stock.

Aero precision =garbage product, even worse customer service
I use to believe in this company but have revieved more junk than good. My M5 308 upper was the last straw. Bad, defective handgaurd right out of the box, bad finish, horrible customer service. Never again. Spend the extra money on daniel defence, superior product and DEFINITELY superior customer servive. They at least back thier products up.

I have always heard good things about these so I thought I would give it a try on the latest build. Quality is nice running an old DD BCG in it and feels great for the 100 rounds I have through it so far

Can't beat the Aero sales. Light, solid, and in spec. What else donyou need in an upper? OP helped me when i ordered the wrong handguard. Easy exchange for store credit. I use OP as often as I can.
