The shipping speed was amazing, arrived in 2 days. Well packaged but there is many places where you can see dings and scuffs and scratches. About 5 in all, luckily for me I plan to have it for hard use but just consider that if you want a safe queen. Pretty sure that’s on Aero not OP. Overall good, will update once fired

High end performance at reasonable price
This is my 4th Aero upper and like the others it is a high quality barrel. Accuracy if fantastic. Fit and Finish perfect. The value of this piece is amazing.

At this price, even at the sale price, should come with a bolt and charging handle.

Quality finish and assembly, great price.
Note: not yet fully completed, have a few more parts to buy. Not fired yet.
So far, close examination shows no flaws in production and assembly of upper unit.
Goal: recreate an A1 / A2 full length rifle.

Expectations are very high that it will be an excellant field / service grade rifle for range or defensive uses.

Great upper by Aero
Came well packaged with no noticeable scratches or marks. Arrived quickly. Paired with Aero’s M16A4 lower.
Was very easy to sight in. Only needed 3 clicks to the windage. Feels like a tack driver and very accurate, at 50 yards a 1 inch group with the cheap 223 reloads was very doable.
Good price through OP (less than $400 after discount)
Ran it hard with no cleaning prior with drills and mag dumps ~150 rounds. No malfunctions that I can blame the upper for.
I have yet to go wrong with aero and they serve me well!

Great upper
I've put down about 200 rounds through this upper and it has worked well. I've also dropped my ar on concrete on accident and it took it pretty well. For the build I was going for it was just perfect.

Nice Upper
Just bought this classic M16A2 to assemble my M16A5 build(I just made that up). Payed 400.00$ for this and it has no scuffs or scratches—I really want to break the barrel in after I’m done assembling my rifle. I’ve never had issues with Aero Precision, I can say it has been worth spending money on their products, and no, I’m not a shill for Aero Precision. Only thing I’d complain about is the gas tube, I’d prefer if it were a black nitride coated, that’s about it for now.
