Everything looked great. I lapped the upper and installed my barrel with no issue. It lined up great with my Midwest combat rail.

bad fitment ..

I don’t know if it’s the coating or the machining but … the gas tube and/or the barrel would not slide into place without some serious man handling !!!

Excellent quality

The finish was excellent. No scratches or marks. When paired with an Aero OD Green lower receiver the fit was perfect and coloring matched perfectly. Optics Planet kept me informed and up to date, when the product I ordered was on back order, with product arrival and with all personal shipping details. I have always received excellent costumer service. I will be purchasing more Aero products in the future.

As Expected

This upper receiver (as it is to be expected by aero precision) is very well machined, the price is a little more then say a standard Anderson though. The price most likely reflects the quality and the Cerakote that was already done to it.
