I’ve owned multiple different brands of AR15 uppers over the years including; Colt, BCM, Palmetto State Armory, Daniel Defense and Rock River. This Aero Precision upper is my favorite. It is both aesthetically and functionally awesome!!! The rail is slim and ergonomic, and the barrel is 4150 CrMoV, so its premium material. The billet look this upper has is on point and it married to the PSA lower I put it on perfectly. You won’t regret it look at Texas troop review for this product he has the energy I do not. lol
I as well have the 12.5 w psa blemish lower.
Some times I’ll use psa lower with magpul fixed stock it’s a tad bit heavier right at the shoulder placement but it seems to be a preference at this point.

Bent handguard

I love aero products and haven’t had any issues before. This particular upper came with a hand guard that was bent sideways at the muzzle end. Other than that it seems good to go. I contacted customer support and they had me reach out to aero for a warranty claim.

Aero upper

I bought this upper and it ended up later getting the lower to match. I took advantage of the black friday deals and it came pretty quick. Ive put a couple hundred rounds through it with zero issues. It shot steel and brass ammo eith no problems. The handguard is very slim and light weight for carrying or all day training with. Aero makes great products so you cant go wrong getting one.

AERO PRECISION 12.5” upper

The best upper you can get for the money. Aero makes awesome stuff. the hand guard is the slimmest i’ve ever seen. paired it up with an eotech 512 and was hitting at 250 yards standing. also very light weight. firm believer in aero precision now

The perfect fit

Got this blemished, and mated it to a PA lower (also blem). Perfect form and fit. Added the needed BCG and handle. Went ahead and added the Aero Precision adjustable gas block. Using a Primary Arms GLx 1-6. Love this combo.

Exactly what I was looking for

I wanted a lightweight, minimalist 12.5 upper to build an AR pistol to add to my collection. This was to be my shortest, non-suppressed rifle that was going to contain an optic and a light, and maybe a grip on the list of furniture to add. Highly doubt I'll use an IR laser/illuminator, but it's nice to know there's a little rail in the front left if I need.

Fits my hand naturally, would easily see this as my new go-to.
