Failure to eject and no help from aero precision - Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded 18in .223 Wylde w/ ATLAS S-ONE Handguard Complete Upper Receiver with Flash Hider

Stay away from Aero Precision products! I bought this complete upper and had it for about 2 months before taking it to the range. The first 4 rounds failed to eject and I had to cycle it manually. The 5th round fired and jammed in the chamber. I had to damage my charging handle to get the jammed casing out of the chamber. I contacted Aero Precision and they immediately blame it on the ammunition and my BCG. No other recommendations except for me to take it to a gunsmith and get the headspace checked. Five rounds through it and they want me to take it to a gunsmith to get checked? It's a brand new upper, so you would think they would be concerned about it being defective. But no, it's the ammo and my BCG and I need to spend money to get the headspace checked. I would have been happy if they would have said that the gas block may be a little off or something like that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look at the BBB website for Aero Precision before purchasing one of their products!
