Great upper, but ap enhanced handgaurds are hard to find. - Aero Precision M5E1 .308 Enhanced Upper Receiver

I ordered this AP upper for a 6.5 Creedmoor build and ordered a handguard, not realizing it required a proprietary AP handguard. No big deal; it was a simple return. However, when I contacted customer service to get an approximate date, Optics Planet would be receiving the AP Enhanced M5 Handguards to complete my build? I was told that none were on order and there were no plans to carry it. Mindboggling!!! So, I asked why does Optics Planet carry an upper with no ability to purchase a handguard for it? I was told that Optics Planet does not carry all items from a specific supplier. So, long story short, it's a nice upper, but the enhanced handguards are impossible to find right now from anyone! It would be a 5-star product if the handguards were available.
