Epsilon onto 10.5" barrel
Put this on a 10.5" barrel. Gun has noticeably less recoil, and muzzle rise is practically non existent. It is super easy to install, I used the crush washer but pining it wouldn't be a problem either. Absolutely worth the price. Looks clean to.

More than just looks.
I bought this to replace a cheapo A2 style birdcage muzzle brake merely because I thought it looked cooler. I imagined it might mitigate felt recoil and muzzle rise slightly, but when I fired my 18" AR from a bench it was like night and day. Recoil was completely gone and I could stay on target with my red dot barely moving.
My rifle also runs a bit undergassed and had issues with lower velocity 223 but cycled flawlessly although that might be better explained with my buffer spring being broken in.
I will use this for all of my builds, it's just a shame they don't have a version of this that is suppressor ready that I know of.

This is my 3rd
Ive got 3 of these to date. Havent left a review yet. But its everything you need in a brake. Mitigates most of, if not all the recoil. Quicker follow up shots because of it. Id highly recommend to anyone.

fantastic brake!
Went on smooth as butter and looks great . Need to take it to the range to test muzzle flash and rise , but confident it will do great ! Matched the finish of my AR perfectly and indexed well . Would recommend to friends and family .

No More Muzzle Flip
The VG6 does exactly what it’s advertised to to, reduce muzzle rise and recoil. Also doesn’t push powder upward to obscure your sights. Made me AR much steadier during those “rapid” fire bursts. Device is very solid, probably will outlast my barrel.

The end of the rise
To start with, I’m a lefty so people like me have the deck stacked against us right out of the gate. My whole life I’ve had brass and gas hittin me in the face, neck, shoulder, arm and everywhere. I finally ended that cycle with my own builds. I will never go back. After what seemed like endless research I found the VG6. I needed something to counter the rise due to the FRT15 trigger (from Rare Breed Triggers) I equipped my precious with. Anyone familiar with Rare Breed knows what I’m talking about. I digress. Upon installation, muzzle rise vanished. Target acquisition is immediate even with the rapid pace of lead heading down range. I may not know much but I know that this brake will keep you on target with follow up shots no matter how fast you can pull it.

No rise at all!
I have this with the CAGE device on a 11.5in Aero Precision build and I am just back from the range after putting 210 rounds through it. Using a 3.5lb single stage trigger this thing rocks! It stayed flat quth 0 muzzle climb through short busts of different variations to a mag dump that felt like full auto that had me grinning profusely! It did its job admirably!

- Even though the blast felt at my eyebrows mafe me blink it stayed on target!

- None, its a muzzle brake!
Best Used for:
- Competition and plinking. Even with the CAGE device the blast signature is too great for home defense in my opinion.

wow, weeee!
I did some research on some muzzle brakes, watched some live fire reviews, no more than a hundred or so. Pretty much slept, ate, researched, repeat ect. This VG6 Epsilon muzzle brake came up in the top 10 alot and top 3 a few times. I had it installed by a gunsmith as my AR's A2 was way past 30lb torque and i don't care for scratches. When i picked it up my man told me on the test fire, it had 0 recoil. Yep. 0. No doubt that all the time spent on finding the perfect product paid off. And OpticsPlanets' deals dominate. PS, I recommend getting the VG6 precision CAGE system for it.

Best Muzzle Break
I bought this muzzle break because the reviews were so good. Boy were the reviews right. This is the best muzzle break I've found. I've shoot hundreds of rounds through it. It really keeps the barrel steady. Buy it already!!

VG6 epsilon 5.56/.223
Great product from a great company! Watched countless reviews about the VG6 epsilon and decided enough is enough and decided to order it for my AR15 build. Needless to say I’m glad with the results! Also huge appreciation to Opticsplanet.com for being able to send it to me with fast shipping and a great price! Only draw back was that when I opened the bag it came in the bottom end of packaging was ripped off.

Great look and fit
Put this on an aero precision m4e1 16 in upper works great! Helps maintain sight picture, reduces recoil and muzzle rise. It is a tad noisy but I'm told the cage devices mitigates this. Will be purchasing one to add on.Very nice. Thanks opticsplanet.com always the best!
